A: All visitors are welcome to browse FDCAuctionCentral and search for items. However, if you would like to participate, you will need to register. It is Fast and Easy! You only need to do this once and maintain your information as it changes. To become a Registered User, click here. Once completed, you will be able to start bidding in minutes!

Q: Can I change my handle and password? How do I update my personal info?
A: You can change your personal information by clicking here including your password and handle. However, we strongly recommend you give serious consideration when changing your handle. Your handle, or user ID, is how people have come to know you within our community. Many users use the same handle for all their auction bidding/selling so that new users to a particular auction site may come to recognize people they have done business with before.

Q: What does the face icon mean after a sellers handle?
A: We use icons to rate our buyers and sellers at FDCAuctionCentral. The type of icon indicates the user's feedback rating. Feedback is intended to help buyers learn more about sellers. Feedback is posted by buyers/sellers after they complete a transaction from the seller. You can leave feedback by clicking here or by clicking on Enter Comment about (handle) on the listed item page. Q: How do I place a bid on an item?
A: You first must be a registered user with FDCAuctionCentral. Once you find an item, fill in all appropriate information and submit your bid. For more help on bidding, click here. For some helpful strategies on bidding, click here.

Q: Who do I pay if I win a lot?
A: You will receive an email with instructions from the seller if you are successful in their auction. Sellers generally list additional fees such as shipping, handling, insurance, etc. directly on the item page. If you do not see any shipping fees, we suggest you contact the seller to find out what they are. No fees are charged to buyers on behalf of FDCAuctionCentral.

Q: Feedback? What is AuctionRate and how do I participate?
A: AuctionRate is our customer feedback system. It is intended to help users learn more about each other. Feedback is posted by buyers and sellers after they complete a transaction. Buyers leave personal comments and rate their transaction by one of three criteria: Positive which will increase their rating, Neutral which will not change their rating and Negative which will decrease their rating.
